
On the occasion of the Fourth Global Museum Directors Forum, on June 10, Luo Wenli, Director of the National Museum of China, met at the museum with a nine-person European museum delegation. Their substantive and productive talks covered exhibition, research, cultural creative products, and professional exchanges.
The delegation comprised: Dr. Francesco Sirano, Director of National Archaeological Museum of Naples, Italy; Dr. María Isabel Izquierdo Peraile, Director of National Archaeological Museum of Spain; Dr. Inés de Castro, Director of Linden-Museum Stuttgart, Germany; Dr. Alexander Klar, Director of Hamburger Kunsthalle, Germany; Kathryn Thomson, Chief Executive of National Museum Northern Ireland, UK; Christophe Chauffour, Director of the Grand Palais Rmn, France; Prof. Guillermo Solana Díez, Artistic Director of the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, Spain; Julien Rousseau, Head of Asian Collection Department, Quai Branly-Jacques Chirac Museum, France; and Lionel Arsac, Chief Heritage Curator, National Museum of the Palaces of Versailles and Trianon, France.
Ding Pengbo, Deputy Director of the National Museum of China, also attended the meeting.
